Eye Spy Beauty

A few little salon updates as we head towards the end of the year 🤎✨
Hang in there its a bit of a long one!

Firstly, *OUR MUMMA BEAR LEXI*
Our beautiful Lexi is in her final week of work this week and is heading off on maternity leave this Wednesday! We’re going to miss having her around the salon, but we are so excited for her and her family and wish her all the best welcoming their newest member into their world 💕

*MONDAYS* Changes incoming!
From **Monday 12th October**, our Monday trading hours will be changing slightly. The salon will be open from **12pm–3pm on Mondays**, mainly for reception purposes! Bookings, phone, product sales etc... All our other trading days and hours will remain as normal.
You may also spot my littlest salon assistant hanging out with me on Mondays too 🤎

And lastly… *CHRISTMAS* 🤯
Christmas is creeping up VERY quickly! 🎄
Our appointment book is already starting to fill, particularly throughout December and the weeks leading into Christmas. If you know you’ll be wanting an appointment before the end of the year and haven’t booked yet, we highly recommend getting your appointments sorted sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.

As always, thank you so much for your continued support and for being so understanding as we juggle a few little changes over the coming months. 🤎

♡ Eye Spy Team xx

🤍 FRIENDLY REMINDER 🤍

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

As we head into the last few months of the year we just want to bring this to light again to refresh you all of our cancellation policy.

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change! All we ask is that, wherever possible, you please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may also do this via the link in the text message you receive 24hrs before your appointment. Otherwise call the salon on 6342 5659.

If something comes up within that 24-hour period, please still let us know as soon as you can. Late cancellation/rescheduling fees may apply in accordance with our policy.

Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that we often can’t refill at such late notice. As a small business, this has a big impact on both the salon and our therapists, particularly during our busiest periods.

We absolutely love looking after you all and genuinely appreciate the respect and consideration you show for our time.

🤍 Price Increases 🤍

From Monday 7th September, there will be a slight price increase across our services.

We hate increasing pur prices, BUT, we have continued to see over the last few months prices increases in the cost of professional products, supplies and general business expenses.

This small adjustment allows us to continue using quality products and providing the high standard of treatments and care that we pride ourselves on!

We thank you for your continued support, loyalty and understanding 🤍

P.s On a more exciting note... keep and eye out for some new services coming to Eye Spy Beauty 😉

• It's time to treat yourself •

Our apologies, phone lines are currently down again. Please contact Nadine 0432385929 today only for appointment related enquiries.
