PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) may be discussed for different areas, depending on what is being assessed.

For facial skin, a practitioner may consider factors like skin texture and quality. Around the eyes, the assessment considers skin characteristics and the anatomy of the area. For the scalp, PRF may be discussed where hair density is a concern.

These areas aren’t assessed in the same way, and PRF isn’t appropriate for everybody. Your practitioner will assess the area, your health, and what you’re hoping to address before discussing whether treatment may be suitable for you.
