Following on from my last post, just a small update 🩵

I’ve been dealing with Hyperemesis Gravidarum throughout this pregnancy from the very beginning at week 4 and as it went on it led into perinatal depression as well. I spent two weeks in a women’s hospital managing both, which honestly ended up being the best thing I could’ve done. It gave me the space and support I needed, and why I had to properly step away from clinic for a period.

I’m starting to feel more like myself again and in a place where I can come back to clinic.

For now my days are scheduled lightly while I ease back into it. I want to make sure I’m looking after my health but also showing up properly for every client.
