gate life's ups & downs. Our aim is to de-mystify and de-stigmatise mental health by delivering therapy tools to men everywhere in a common language that anyone can understand. Step 1 was animating the IF poem by Rudyard Kipling. Blokes really relate to the IF poem which explains why it's stood the test of time since written in 1895. Australian legendary actor Jack Thompson did a magnificent job reading the poem, which line by line talks about an aspect of self-awareness and self development. This gave us a natural learning management system for building out and structuring the IF Project. When we completed step 1, we then created the IFGuide, an eBook. This mental health and wellness IFGuide offers life skills and function as a guide toward providing men frameworks to help manage the chaos. There are 36 premium quality digital video/animated ‘HOW’ videos linked to the 12 ‘IFs’ that Kipling speaks of.
