Well this was a job and a half.

Took us almost 6 hrs to transition this black box dye to a decent light brown with foils.

Two bleach baths and the last colour set in ready for the nanoplasty treatment.

Oh my oh my WOW! 🤯

THIS IS TODAYS BADDIE ALERT! YEOOOOW! 🔥

She's been here before.

We're back to do the same. 6 months later we are smashing the nanos this time of the year.

Shine, protein and the ability to walk out frizz free for the next 6 months.

I'm so impressed with everyone looking after their hair rather than trashing it.

We had an awesome time dropping this colour back to the darker side.

A fullhead of foils back to back to a more natural lived in hair colour.

A nice trim to balance this beautiful colour with a trim.

Tonight's post is for every person who has ever sat in my chair carrying more than just hair.

Some of you have shared stories of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, grief, heartbreak, addiction, or simply the weight of life becoming too much. Others have sat in silence, and that's okay too.

What many people don't realise is that a hair appointment is often about so much more than hair. It's about connection. It's about feeling seen, heard and accepted without judgment.

My chair has never just been a place for transformations on the outside. It's become a safe space where tears are welcome, laughter is medicine, and healing quietly begins through conversation.

I don't have all the answers, but I can promise you this—you will always find compassion, kindness and a listening ear with me.

The world feels heavy for so many people right now. Life can be unfair, and sometimes it feels impossible to see the light. But please remember this...

The sun always rises again.

No matter how dark today feels, tomorrow brings another chance. Another breath. Another sunrise. Another opportunity to keep going.

If you're struggling, please don't carry it alone. Reach out to someone you trust. Talk to a friend, a family member, or a professional. There is strength in asking for help.
