From October 1st, we can no longer offset EFTPOS card surcharges, which might sound great for the consumer, but unfortunately it’s likely to mean businesses have to find that money elsewhere — and that can ultimately mean price increases.

I really don’t want to increase my prices. Everyone is already doing it tough, and I’d rather find another way.

So moving forward, cash or bank transfer will be my preferred payment methods 🤍

Let’s keep the money where it counts — with us, not the banks. 🫶🏼
