✨ APPOINTMENT & BOOKING UPDATE ✨

As we all know, the year is flying by, and our books are filling just as quickly! We are currently extremely busy, with limited availability and our 2026 calendar filling fast.
If you’re needing an appointment over the coming months, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to avoid missing out. Christmas appointments are also already becoming limited, so please don’t leave your booking until the last minute.

📅 SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS
Our Saturday books are now closed to new clients and clients who don’t normally attend on Saturdays. This allows us to prioritise our regular Saturday clients during this busy period.

⏰ CANCELLATIONS & LAST-MINUTE APPOINTMENTS
A reminder that our 24-hour cancellation policy is strictly in place.
With our books being so full, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments are extremely difficult to fill. We ask that you please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. While we will always do our best to fill a last-minute spot, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If we don’t answer the phone straight away, we are most likely with a client and will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you’re messaging to make an appointment, please include as much information as possible:
• Your name
• The service you’re wanting
• Your preferred days/times
• Any other relevant appointment details
This makes it much easier for us to find the best available appointment for you and get back to you quickly.
