🎉I can’t believe it’s been 4 years!

It started with a dream in my heart.💗
It was always something I wanted.
But the timing was never right.
Conditions never appeared ideal
The risk felt too big .
The sense of failure felt too real.

But I took the leap.😬
And opened my little wellness/health/naturopathic clinic/store/shop!

It felt so good
It felt so right
It had a vibe
It was cute
My clients loved it
My community supported me

Along the way , we have had many amazing practitioners practice their crafts.
Because collaboration is key
Our customers need it
It’s better outcomes for all
It builds the village
It makes it a safe space
A place for healing
A place for health

So, thank you to each and every one of you that has been a part of our story.
My amazing staff.
My amazing colleagues.
Our beautiful clients
Our gorgeous customers
Our little village
Our gorgeous community

I love what we have become and it’s because of you.
So, thankyou from my heart to yours

Happy 4th Birthday

Term 4 - here we go!

Let me share an important part of my month ( I remember MOST months but not all) ….
I have been an avid Passion Planner fangirl for many years now …

💗let me just share one of the reasons why…..

It has this MONTHLY REFLECTION part each month which asks you these important questions :

❓What was a memorable part of this month ? Describe it .
❓What were three lessons you’ve learned in the past month ?
❓Are you happy with how you’ve spent your time?
❓What did you accomplish this past month ?
❓What are you proud of ?
❓How are you different between this past month and the month before it ?
❓What or who are you especially grateful for this past month ?
❓Name three ways you can grow this upcoming month
❓What concrete actions can you take to work towards these?

How amazing are these questions right?
If you continue to ask yourself these every month , it really forces you to dig deep and do some self evaluation!

Some of my shares from this month include :

oil is great for my brain and my body !
asleep on the lounge at night is not good for me 😆😆
joined toastmasters !
Perimenopause Workshop delivered!
amazing quality time with my parents , my brother and his kids ( we have lived 1300km away for 12 years)
staff are AMAZING
a new friendship
current friendships that are priceless
to work on my mindset more

Give me a win for your September ….

The months can pass by so quickly and it’s important to stop, take stock and celebrate those small, heart felt wins and those golden little moments of family and friendship that really make life so rich and rewarding …

Congratulations to the new owners of Aussie Mozi!

This amazing product is well loved in our little store and is a great, chemical free, gentle , naturopathically designed product to keep the mozzies away!

💗💗💗🦟🦟🦟

HEY! 👋🏼

I don't know about you, but I always love seeing the faces behind the brand... so here we are.

We're Jess & Todd (along with our 2 kiddos), the new owners of Aussie Mozi Co!

What drew us to Aussie Mozi Co was how naturally it fits into the kind of life we already love most, backyard BBQ's, weekends away in the caravan and making memories outdoors with family & friends.

Since taking over in May, we’ve been working behind the scenes toward restocking, learning all the things that go along with running a business (what an eye opener 😂) but it has been great & we are very excited to say that restock is so so close!

We can’t wait to keep you up to date & don’t forget to head over & follow us on Instagram also

CHEERS!

Add a photo in the comments that tells me you live in the country!

I will start…..

Trying to get rid of that pesky cough?

Core Botanicals was designed by Paul Keogh- an Australian Naturopath and Chinese Medicine Practitioner. His formulas are brilliant .

Queensland is such a magnificent place to call home 💗
Central Queensland is so, so dry this spring .
Road tripping back to Brisvegas after a visit.
So blessed we called Emerald home for 12 years.
It’s a beautiful little town.
A perfect village for beautiful friendships , connections and lifelong friends.
Such an important part of our chapter.

See you all next month
Amanda 💗
