What is it about the calm of a mountain environment in the evening?
Colours are brighter, the air crisper the stillness pierces.

Talking to Adam - here on his own retreat at Alaya Ascend - about the necessity for him to empty his cup of stress, negativity and worry and fill his cup with calm, nature and a sense of peace.
Having a staff of 300 and enormous responsibility requires thst he focuses his time, energy and attention on ensuring that he is operating on all cyclinders as a non-negotiable. Otherwise, things deteriorate in him and around him.
