Wed 9/9:
💜 10am - wash, conditioning treatment, scalp massage, restyle haircut and blow-dry finish with Bek Wed
🖤 1pm or 5pm - men’s or kids haircut with Bek

Thursday 10/9:
💜 9:15am - wash, scalp massage, cut and blowdry with Mel
🖤 10:30am - Full set of lash extensions with Lynne

Fri 11/9:
💜 9am - Wash, scalp massage, cut and blow-dry with Bek
🖤 10:15am - brows or lashes with Lynne
💜 12:45pm or 2:45pm- 60min full body relaxation massage with reflexology with Lynne

Wendy 💕
I hoped I would never have to write this post but I guess I always knew someday I would have to 😭

There are simply no words that could possibly express the hole that is left by our most beloved Wendy 💔

This past week we lost a legend. Wendy has had her hair done religiously every Friday with our team at Exeter Hair And Beauty for the past 14 years I have owned it and for more than 30+ years before that when the salon was at Tamar court.

Wendy was so so so loved and has always been so very generous, kind and gracious in every interaction, whether she was feeling great or sometimes feeling really rotten.

We have watched her rally so many times, fighting the good fight against cancer. She had a double mastectomy and would proudly show you the scars.
She has had countless treatments and many times where she would become too ill to visit the salon. Yet she would somehow bounce back and we would refresh that pink do that she proudly wore in recent years as a testament to her strength in the battle against breast cancer.

Every apprentice that has ever trained in the salon at Exeter in the past 40 years would have been lucky enough to learn on Wendy. She loved to nurture the younger team and many of them have received heirloom gifts from her given with such love for each and every young lady that took care of her hair.
She has even joked that half of her ashes are to be returned to the salon so that she can always be with us. (I’m not sure that was actually a joke 🥰)

Honestly we are all shattered to lose the matriarch of our salon, her and Stan are like our surrogate grandparents.

Fridays will absolutely never ever be the same without Wendy.
She will be sorely missed.
