Not every patient follows the anatomy textbook.

In this case, a pre-treatment ultrasound identified a large artery running through the centre of the upper lip - an anatomical variation that could have significantly changed the injection plan.

Without ultrasound, this vessel would not have been visible.

Ultrasound allows me to assess each patient’s individual anatomy before injecting, helping to identify important blood vessels, modify the treatment approach where appropriate, and prioritise patient safety.

Every face is different. Seeing the anatomy before injecting adds another layer of precision.
