Teeth clenching and grinding (bruxism) can lead to jaw pain, headaches, muscle fatigue, tooth wear, and enlargement of the chewing muscles.
Wrinkle relaxing injections work by temporarily reducing the activity of overactive chewing muscles, helping to relieve excessive clenching and grinding while allowing the jaw to function normally. Treatment commonly targets the masseter muscles, and in selected patients, the temporalis muscles may also be treated for more comprehensive symptom relief.
Most patients require 2–3 treatment sessions per year to maintain the benefits.

Skin laxity isn’t just a facial concern.
As we age, collagen production declines throughout the body including the arms and abdomen. This loss of collagen leads to thinner skin, reduced elasticity, and a looser appearance.
By using a collagen stimulator, we can stimulate your body’s own collagen production, helping to improve skin firmness, elasticity, and overall skin quality over time.
✨ Gradual improvement. Long-lasting results upto 2 years
2 sessions 2 months apart
XERF skin tightening can be added on the same day as well
Stacking treatments always wins over individual treatment

Cellulite isn’t just about excess fat, it’s caused by fibrous bands pulling the skin downward, creating the characteristic dimpling.
My approach combines subcision to release these tethering bands with a biostimulator to stimulate collagen production, helping improve skin quality, firmness, and overall texture over time.
Results develop gradually as your body produces new collagen.
2 to 3 session may be needed

Cellulite is caused by fibrous bands tethering the skin downward while fat pushes upward, creating the characteristic dimpling often seen on the thighs and buttocks.
Treatment isn’t simply about reducing fat. In selected patients, I perform subcision to release these tight fibrous bands, followed by a collagen stimulator to improve skin quality, elasticity and support over time. The goal is smoother skin texture and long-term improvement rather than a temporary fix.
Disclaimer: Not all dimpling is cellulite, and treatment suitability varies between individuals. Multiple sessions may be required. All cosmetic procedures carry risks, including bruising, swelling, irregularities and infection. A consultation is required to determine the most appropriate treatment plan.

Ageing is a dynamic process involving changes in bone, fat, skin and supporting ligaments. With age, and particularly after menopause, accelerated bone resorption occurs in areas such as the temples, cheeks, pyriform aperture and jawline, while selective fat compartment deflation contributes to hollowing, jowls and loss of facial definition.
Equally important is skin and soft tissue laxity. Declining collagen, elastin and weakening of the fibroseptal network allow tissues to descend, often becoming the most significant contributor to an aged appearance.
While volume restoration can address structural loss, skin tightening technologies such as XERF help target the fibroseptal network, stimulating collagen remodelling and improving tissue support to tighten and help prevent progression of laxity.
Understanding which component is driving the ageing process is key to achieving natural and balanced rejuvenation.
