"Should I get a lash lift or extensions?" I get asked this almost every week, so here's the honest answer 👁️

A lash lift curls and lifts your natural lashes from the root. Add a tint and they look longer, darker and fuller, with no glue, no fills and no maintenance. It lasts 6 to 8 weeks.

Extensions add length and volume, but they need fills every few weeks and can be hard on natural lashes if they aren't cared for properly.

1️⃣ What it is: A sculpting facial massage that works on the outside of the face AND inside the mouth, along the cheek muscles (the buccal area). Yes, gloved hands inside the cheeks. It sounds strange, but it feels amazing.

2️⃣ Why inside the mouth? Some of the muscles that hold the most tension, like the ones you use to chew and clench, can only be properly reached from the inside.

3️⃣ What it helps with: Jaw tension, puffiness, fluid retention and that tired, heavy look. Clients often leave with a more lifted, defined appearance.
