If you have a choice to use a “keep cup” or get a takeaway coffee cup - always opt for the keep cup 😉
It’s not even about the land fill aspect (even tho we can do without that!) it’s about the micro plastics in the takeaway cup lining.
When that is heated with your hot drink inside it actually goes straight into our bodies and then it’s a case of “good luck removing that toxin from your body”.
If you have a choice, always choose the non plastics 💚🫶🏻 it’s just better for your health.

School holidays begins today, and that is a great reminder to get the kids in for an end of term / school holiday adjustment!
Life is so busy for families at the best of times, and by this time of the term we are all running on empty…. Which means our children are too!
A Chiropractic adjustment will help regulate the nervous system and hopefully stop (or at least reduce) any of those winter germs turning into big sicknesses.
