How many of us have been told to hold a warm flannel on our eyes. I did it every night for months and wondered why nothing was happening.

So I put a thermometer on one. Room temperature in three minutes. That's the entire answer.

The oil sitting in those glands needs about twenty minutes of steady warmth before it softens enough to move. Three minutes of warm and then a cold wet cloth on your face does nothing at all.

Put a thermometer on a hot face washer and it’s room temperature inside three minutes. Thickened oil needs about twenty minutes of steady warmth before it shifts at all. You weren’t doing the warm compress wrong. The flannel just goes cold. We start Monday the 5th. Link in bio.
