Beauty Ethos

🌸 Important Booking Update 🌸

Effective Monday, 14 September 2026

To help protect your appointment time and reduce the impact of late cancellations and no-shows, Beauty Ethos will require a valid credit or debit card to be securely held on file for all online bookings.

Please rest assured that your card will not be charged when you book. It will only be charged if the cancellation policy applies. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments, may incur a fee of 50% of the total booking.

Appointments lasting longer than one hour will also require a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day.

If you arrange an appointment directly with me by message or while in the salon, I will explain how to securely provide your card details or deposit through Square.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies can occur, and these will always be considered with care and discretion.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for continuing to support my small business. 🌸
