And while of course we always aim for the perfect result, I think what matters just as much is how you handle it when something doesn’t go exactly to plan.

I noticed I wasn’t completely happy with my client’s first result, so I was honest with her, explained what I was seeing and asked her to come back so I could reassess and work towards the result she originally wanted.

She trusted me enough to come back, and the second time around we got the result we were both hoping for 🥹✨

I think true client care is shown in these moments. It’s not about pretending every appointment will be perfect, it’s about being honest, taking responsibility, listening to your client and doing everything you can to make sure they feel looked after.

And honestly… seeing that second result made me SO happy 🤍
