Hello to all of our amazing clients, it’s Alanna here and I just wanted to personally give you all a message…📝

As I embark on a new chapter in my life, I want you all to know that I love and cherish every single one of you.
Most of you have been with me from day one- a teenie, tiny, teenage apprentice! ✂️

I remember walking into Pinned Up Hair Design 10 years ago, asking for work experience whilst handing in my resume and being so timid and shy- barely speaking a word. That was 15 year old Alanna. Now you can hardly keep me quiet! 🤫
I grew up with all of you. That is a pretty big thing. You watched me succeed, fail, blossom, cry, laugh, get excited and be defeated. All of it! And I thank you wholeheartedly for being there, every step of the way.

Hairdressing has made me confident, helped me speak my mind, kept me staying true to myself and made me resilient. There have been many ups and downs- as in most careers, but boy have I learnt a lot!

I will never, ever, EVER forget the memories and the incredible friendships I have made along the way with you all. You are my family.

As for my Pinned Up crew and our Golden Girl, Jenny. You guys are absolutely amazing. When you think about it, we spend more time together than with our own partners and families! For us to click and create a bond the way we have, it goes without saying- I couldn’t have asked for a better place to work. You are also my family. 👯‍♂️👯‍♂️

This is definitely not the way I would have wanted to say goodbye, so if you wanted to catch up for a coffee or have a chat, I would love that! ☕️

BUT it is not a goodbye, it’s a cya later 😉

Guess what... TODAY IS THE DAY! 🤩

Just a quick note to remind you that it has been a LONG time since we have seen you all.
So as we open up our doors today for the first time in months, please know that we are trying our best.
We may be a little rusty at first but once we get the hang of things, it will feel like we never stopped working.

So we ask you to please be PATIENT, be KIND and be RESPECTFUL. 🙌🌈❤

We have 2 new ladies starting with us and they are so excited to meet you all. Their names are Julie and Anne. Please be extra patient with our new stylists as they try to learn and navigate the booking system, the telephone and just experiencing being in a brand new salon.

We are only HUMAN. 👭

Again, we would like to mention that we are abiding by the current NSW Government Guidelines that are in place at this time.

That means upon entry you must;
- Covid QR check-in
- Show ID of vaccination
- Wear a mask
- Please don't bring anyone to your appointment as we are restricted with how many people can be in the salon at one time (unless they have a booking too).

If you have tried calling us, just please leave a voicemail and we will try to get back to you ASAP.

We have been waiting for this day for a long time and it is finally here! So lets work together, help each other out and send out positive vibes! ⭐️
