Six things your skin needs this spring ⬇️
Cleanse gently, morning and night. Layer serums chosen for your skin, not for someone else’s. Exfoliate weekly, not daily. Moisturise generously. Protect with sunscreen every single day, even when the sun is hiding. And come in monthly, so your skin is looked after by someone who knows it.
As the weather warms, skin behaves differently. Lighter textures, more sun exposure, more time outdoors. A routine that suited winter may not suit spring.
Every skin is different, and what suits one person may not suit another. For a routine built around your skin, we recommend a consultation.

After 30 years of looking after skin, these are the habits I’d never skip. Steal every one ⬇️
I wear SPF every single morning, even when it’s grey outside, because UV still reaches the skin through cloud and glass. At night I cleanse twice: once to lift the day, once to clean the skin. I press my products in, never rub. I only use lukewarm water. I change my pillowcase twice a week. I patch test anything new before it goes near my face. And I take my routine all the way down to my neck.
The one I tell every client? Consistency over intensity. Skin responds to routine, not to doing more.
Save this for your next evening routine, and tell me which habit you’re stealing first.
Every skin is different, and what suits one person may not suit another. For guidance tailored to your skin, I recommend a consultation.

Glass skin, explained ⬇️
The Korean glass skin look comes down to two things: a smooth surface and deep hydration. Light reflects evenly off skin that is refined and well-hydrated, which is where that glow comes from.
The LHALA Peel and Fill works on both. The peel gently refines the surface, then the fill step floods the skin with hydration. Skin is left feeling smoother, plumper to the touch, and more luminous.
Glass skin is a finish, not a promise, and how your skin responds depends on your starting point. Individual results vary. Suitability is assessed in consultation. DMK Enzyme Therapy. A tailored enzyme mask that works with your skin rather than on it, encouraging healthy cell renewal and supporting collagen production.
You feel this one working. The mask firms as it sets, and skin is left looking clearer and more refreshed once it comes away. Commonly chosen for congestion, pigmentation, and visible signs of ageing.

Onda Coolwaves. A non-surgical body treatment using microwave-based technology that works beneath the skin’s surface to target fat and support firmness.
No incisions, no anaesthetic, no recovery period. It works gradually, which is why it is recommended as a course rather than a single session.

What everyone is doing for collagen right now.
The 42° Collagen Facial holds gentle, controlled warmth across the face at a steady temperature, working slowly to support the skin’s own collagen production.
No needles, no downtime, nothing visible afterwards except skin that feels hydrated, soft, and firmer to the touch. It builds over time, which is why it works best as a regular part of your routine rather than a one-off.
