MMM Retreat in NZ
Days 3 4 & 5
Explored Lake Hawea, took a catamaran cruise out to Stephenson Island for a nature walk, yoga, pilates, soundbath, dance yoga, soaking up the sun, enjoying the hot tub & sauna, exploring the private trails on Mount Maude, roasting marshmallows, and of course taking turns on the swing

Thankyou lovely ladies for trusting me enough, to take a journey across oceans. The connection within our group, the connection between each of you & the magical land we gathered on, & the connection with your inner self through quiet reflection & opening yourself up for all the experiences- was very special to witness ❤️

Day 1 & 2
The sun broke through momentarily to welcome 6 beautiful ladies to this paradise of Lake Hawea before the rain/snow clouds rolled in.
What a privilege to experience a Maori warrior welcome, the most wonderful Joe from Wanahaka shared his knowledge & culture with us to begin our retreat.
So far we've enjoyed massages, tai chi, restorative yoga & meditation, w**e tasting, hot tub time, sauna time, Maori culture tour, & the most delicious food prepared by our private chef, Evelyn.
