Why do we charge lash refills by TIME instead of by weeks?

Because a 3-week refill isn’t the same appointment on every client.

One client might come back at 3 weeks with incredible retention and fewer natural lashes to work through. Another might have hundreds of natural lashes, more outgrown extensions to remove and need considerably more work to get them looking full again.

So instead of trying to squeeze every client into a “2 week” or “3 week” refill, you’re booking our time.

30, 45, 60 or 75 minutes — and in that time, we’ll remove outgrown lashes and apply as many fresh extensions as we can, safely and properly.

After your first refill with us, we can usually recommend the appointment length that suits your lashes, retention and desired fullness best.

It keeps our pricing fair, our appointments running on time, and means we’re never rushing your lashes just because the clock says “3 week refill”.

Here’s the breakdown:

Just need a clean up + shape? → Brow Wax (no tint)

Want them shaped AND a little darker/more defined? → Brow Wax + Tint/Dye

Want fluffy, lifted, fuller-looking brows? → Brow Lamination + Wax + Tint

Lamination still looking good but the regrowth is getting a little chaotic? → Wax + Tint — you don’t need to laminate them again just yet.
