Hi Angels,

I hope you’re all doing well. I bloody miss you! A brief update, if I may…

As many of you know I had planned to return to work in July/August. Unfortunately, a series of unexpected events has led to a herniated disc in my neck a couple of weeks ago. The more significant issue has been the resulting nerve impingement, which has caused ongoing numbness, weakness, and reduced coordination in my right arm and hand.

As you can imagine, this type of injury isn’t compatible with the delicate and intricate work involved in lash extensions. Due to this, I won’t be returning to work as originally planned.

At this stage, I don’t know exactly what the future of my business looks like, and it may be weeks or months before I have more clarity. I have an appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon in late August, which will hopefully provide some answers and a clearer path forward.

While the uncertainty is challenging, I am extremely confident that I will make a full recovery and return to doing what I love. I just don’t know when that will be.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and the kindness you’ve shown me throughout all the ups and downs of Helenika. It truly means more than you know. I’ll continue to keep you updated as I learn more.

I wanted to share some changes happening within my business as I transition into a more balanced schedule. Moving forward, I’ll be taking on fewer bookings, which means my availability will become even more limited. If you’re booked in, PERFECT, you’re stuck with me 😋

If you aren’t currently booked in, no stress - you can join my waitlist & I’ll do my best to secure a spot for you ✨

A few key updates;
• I have now finished working on the Sunshine Coast ensuring better availability for my Brisbane clientele
• Online/app bookings are now switched off. Please text to book/reschedule/cancel
• My cancellation policy is now 48 hours; late cancellations require a 50% fee & no-shows are 100%
• All appointments must be confirmed 7 days prior. If not, your booking will become available to my waitlist

These May look like our signature Evarlei, but don’t be fooled 😏 Our gorg girl, Grayce, has an extremely healthy & full lash line! So less (Hybrid Full Set), is looking much much more (Evarlei) ✨ Evarlei would look far to heavy for her, so a nice whispy Hybrid set is the way to go!
