Wow! I’m back at Bellbird Essentials - excellent run through with traffic and the neurosurgeon is happy to review me in another 2 years.

The condition is still there but my symptoms haven’t gotten any worse so we are both happy to review in 2 yrs.

Not only does my Magnesium Rub, Magnesium Oil and Magnesium soak in the bath a couple of times a week help my body deal with the inflammation, muscle spasms, stress and tension for my physical health.

I believe God has blessed me with strength and capacity to do what He’s called me to do which is to help you or your wellness journey as well.

My POV. When mind, body and soul are working together anything is possible.

Hi Guys just a bit of an update for today only the shop may open a little later than usual.

I’m at a check up for my neck issues.

Most of you would know that my neck issues (compressed spinal cord) are the reason the Magnesium Rub was developed.l so I feel it’s ok to share this with you.

For me today there is a bit on my mind - however saying a big thank you to you for your support today is for what I’m most grateful to everyone who stopped by to say hello today.

We had some laughs and some sharing from my heart and for your natural wellness needs and with some of you reminding me about workshop promises ….

Wait no more - I’ve decided to hold my first official soap making workshop this coming Saturday 26 September from 2.30pm and if it books out quickly I’ll set another date.

Please allow 1 - 1 1/2 hours for the workshop so it should finish around 4pm.

You get your Soap Making Kit - instructions, ingredients and recipes to make a batch in the workshop and enough ingredients to make another batch of soap at home.

On the day you will need to wear long sleeve Tshirt to help protect your skin from lye splashes.

You will learn 6 different techniques and be offered exclusive discounts for workshop participants.

You take home what you’ve made on the day with instructions on how to know when your soap is ready and safe to use.

Numbers are limited so bookings are essential and full price payment $110 per person secures your booking.

If there is a group of 5 or more friends booking at the same time you get a 10% discount for every person in the group $99 ea.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who popped in at Bellbird Essentials shop and at Ripley Markets.

It was lovely seeing you all again and your smiles brightened my day.
