To help protect appointment times and ensure we can continue to offer dedicated one-on-one care at Symmetry, a $50 deposit will now be required to secure selected appointments.
The deposit will be redeemed against your treatment on the day.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may result in the deposit being forfeited.
We completely understand that unexpected things happen, and will always consider genuine emergencies with care and understanding.
