I share this because my intuition tells me to do these things if I want to be of any help what's so ever in this time I am here for
Simple as that

I chose to dance to get my body moving
This is day two
Before dancing this morning I included 10 minutes of the new viral Tai Chi routines
Its short and beginner friendly great for mobility, balance and core strength
Feeling more energized and less stagnant after practising this morning routine

When you wake up with a tension headache 😫
On the weekend we celebrated my partners birthday
He developed a tension headache that was most probably from his new exercise routine
Realising that he was tensing his neck (time to pay attention to your posture + technique) he made the necessary adjustments, so it doesn't happen again
How blessed it is to have a massage therapist present to help with that tension headache 🙌
Well ill say thats a miracle
I applied some very gentle though very specific massage therapy to help create some breathing space in the base of his skull
That was all that was needed to get the pain relief needed on the day

Creating content is all part of running a small business, and while I enjoy sharing what I do, I'd much rather be in the treatment room helping people feel and move better.

One of the things I enjoy about remedial massage is that no two people are the same.
If a particular technique isn't giving the response I'm looking for, I don't automatically use more pressure. I reassess, adapt my approach, and work with what your body is telling me.
Sometimes, it's not about working harder, it's about working differently.
