Because when we understand the why, we can make much more intentional decisions about what your skin actually needs.
And sometimes that’s a new product or treatment. Sometimes it’s internal support. And sometimes, it’s simply doing less.

Motherhood is such a sacred season.
To the mothers who carve out a little time for themselves amongst the beautiful chaos, thank you for trusting me to care for you.
I never take it for granted that, in the middle of giving so much of yourself to everyone else, you choose to step into the studio and receive care too.
It is one of the greatest privileges of what I do, and it will always hold a very special place in my heart 🤍
