I am on an early morning flight to Brisbane to go and spend a couple of days with the wonderful Body Lane Myotherapy helping out with the C-Section Release Method.

A little life update 💕

I’m so excited to share that I now have more appointment availability for pregnancy massage as well as C-Section Scar Release and remedial Mum’s massage.

This means I can be a little more flexible with booking times and hopefully make it easier for more mums-to-be to fit in some well-deserved self-care.

Pregnancy is such an incredible journey, but it can also bring aching backs, sore hips, swollen legs and tired bodies. My goal is always to create a calm, nurturing space where you can relax, feel supported, and leave feeling more comfortable than when you arrived.
