I wanted to share this photo of a recent shoulder release treatment on a client.

We did a warm up first of full back, neck & shoulders & checked on imbalances/issues etc.
This photo was taken after some trigger point therapy & tendon and ligament release on the Right.
The difference is clear...

Just a little reminder to never underestimate the roll our muscle & soft tissues play in our overall health. 💪
