At the Root of the World-Tree, beneath the immutable sign of the Threefold Knot, the Sisters of Wyrd draw forth the hidden geometry of becoming. Between Night and Day, the primordial polarities through which manifestation is divided; the thread of Fate is extended, measured, and bound according to a Law older than the worlds it governs.

For Destiny is not the consequence of chance, nor merely the succession of events, but the gradual disclosure of an order already latent within the depths of Being. What is woven in the invisible descends into form; what enters the temporal order fulfils the necessity inherent within its own becoming. Thus the Serpent keeps vigil beneath the roots, guardian of the primordial abyss, while the Tree stands as the Axis through which the higher and lower worlds remain joined.

And so the thread passes unbroken: from the hidden Root into manifestation, through the ages and the deeds of men, until all that has become returns once more to the source from which it was ordained.
