Hello lovelies
just a quick FYI to let you know the clinic will be closed this Friday. We’ll be taking a little mini break to rest and reset
because even Massage Therapists need self care too.

We’ll be open again next Monday, business as usual. đŸ«¶đŸŒ

Why are more women over 40 booking Brazilian lymphatic drainage?

Because as we get older, many women notice their body starts to feel different.

You might feel more puffy, more bloated, like you’re holding onto fluid more easily, or that your waistline just doesn’t look as defined as it used to.

Brazilian lymphatic drainage is designed to encourage lymphatic flow while using more sculpting techniques to create a beautifully contoured finish. Clients often leave feeling lighter, less bloated and with a more defined shape.

It isn’t about chasing a quick fix or pretending one treatment changes everything. The best results come when it’s part of a healthy lifestyle and tailored to you.

If you’ve been wondering whether Brazilian lymphatic drainage is right for you, we’d be happy to help you decide whether it’s the right treatment for your goals.

The sequence doesn’t work if you skip steps
This means the neck will ALWAYS come first. No exceptions.

FACT: You will never get lymph to move properly if you don’t begin here. It’s like grand central station for all the lymph in your entire body.

So remember, if your therapist isn’t starting at your neck, it’s not a lymphatic massage.

Mother doesn’t play favorites 😂

But of I did, it would be you.

Saunas aren’t just an awesome excuse to sit quietly and pretend you’re not checking your phone. They’re actually doing some genuinely great work under the surface.

The infrared heat dilates your blood vessels, giving your heart a gentle cardio-style workout while you do absolutely nothing .

That improved circulation also gives your lymphatic system a helping hand, supporting the movement of fluid and waste out of your tissues (sauna pairs beautifully with regular Manual Lymphatic Drainage btw!)

If you’re managing fluid retention, injury or lymphatic issues, a sauna session before your treatment can be a fabulous addition to your routine. As always, if you have a heart condition or you’re unsure whether heat therapy is right for you, have a chat with your GP first. We love a good sweat, but we love an informed one more.

Feeling bloated after drinking liters of water?
Heavy, tired legs by the middle of the day?
Waking up feeling puffy, even after a good night’s sleep?

Your body isn’t working against you, it may simply be asking for a little extra support.

Your lymphatic system plays an important role in moving excess fluid, supporting your immune system, and helping your body maintain healthy fluid balance. Unlike your circulatory system, it doesn’t have a pump of its own, so it relies on movement and gentle stimulation to keep flowing.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a specialised treatment designed to encourage healthy lymphatic flow, helping to reduce fluid retention and leave you feeling lighter, refreshed, and more comfortable in your body.

Many of our clients notice they feel lighter and less congested after just one session.

If you’ve been feeling puffy, sluggish, or like your body needs a reset, we’d love to help.
