In early February, I joined Anytime Fitness Dandenong North, where started training with Dom. At the time I weighed 123kgs, the goal set was to lose 10kgs in 12 weeks. With Doms one on one training and guidance for non-training days, I was able to smash that goal ahead of schedule weighing in at 111kgs at week 12. Working with Dom has been a great experience.
