We need to talk about this, especially when it comes to our teenage girls.

ā ļø UV exposure damages our skin and increases the risk of skin cancer, including melanoma.
š¤ A tan is your skinās response to UV damage. It might last a few weeks, but the consequences of that damage can last a lifetime.
š§ This isnāt about shaming anyone or telling people how to live. Itās about understanding the risks so we can make informed choices ā and helping our girls understand them, too.
Because looking tan for a little while is not worth putting your long-term health at risk.
