Spearmint Essential Oil...

Spearmint is used in our Calm & Women's Blend. We chose it as it is a refreshing scent that allows the brain to be stimulated during times where you may need it most. It is a top note, therefore it is generally the first scent you can smell, creating an initial relaxing sensation! We LOVE Spearmint!

Lavender Essential Oil...

Lavender is in 4 of our blends - Sleep, Unwind, Women's Blend & Headache Relief. It is incredibly versatile, hence why it is used so frequently in a our blends. From bringing a calming sensation to the mind, to leaving a beautiful relaxing aroma, Lavender is an 'essential' essential oil! It is safe to use on children, adults and elderly people, meaning its perfect for anyone!
