My newest injectable. I’ve been using PLLA for more than 20 years but this formulation gives a holistic toning to the skin without inflammation & fibrosis.

I’m considered an early adopter in providing this treatment but I have weighed up feedback from colleagues, pharmaceutical advice, & the evidence. I’ve sat on the fence whilst assessing this, but I’m comfortable & confident in highly recommending this product.

Thank you to my London patient for monitoring her progress by taking self photos at baseline, after 2 treatments, and after 4 treatments. I utilized polynucleotides alone, administered to the upper eyelids & under eye areas. This treatment is designed to stimulate your own stem cell fibroblasts to become more active in producing collagen & elastin. Indicated for fine lines, darkness, and loss of elasticity.

Other treatments I consider for this area include anti-wrinkle relaxants for dynamic lines, dermal filler for hollows, skinbooster for hydration, PRP, biostimulators, RF skin tightening, RF skin resurfacing and of course combination therapy is ideal.

A lovely London patient brought in her own before & after photos she had taken herself, after having had only 2 polynucleotide eye treatments with me.

In my experience with my patients, I do see benefits to this treatment with improvements in skin thickness, skin elasticity, skin clarity, and reduction in lines.

I only offer treatments that I would personally have & that I see value in, and polynucleotides to the periocular area passes this test.
