Plasma fibroblasting is a powerful skin tightening and collagen stimulating treatment. There are two versions a non-ablative and ablative procedure. We can perform this as part of a relaxing facial or a more targeted treatment that visibly tightens and shrinks the skin in the treatment area. This is a great procedure for hooded eyes, lip lines and all over skin rejuvenation.

What does a massage look like at ?

This is a completely immersive experience.
We start off with a consultation to address your needs. The treatment will be explained to you so you know what to expect and then begins the bliss that is a lymphatic drainage massage.

You will be immersed in your treatment with noise cancelling headphones with either a guided meditation, audiobook of choice or relaxing music. The treatment will finish with Red Light therapy and an explanation on how to use your take home dry body brush.

No need to rush off back to reality as herbal tea and light refreshments will be provided after your treatment.

This treatment is performed by a qualified remedial massage therapist and is claimable through your private health fund.

For those of you who don’t know, I have been a registered nurse for over 10 years now.

From rural hospital wards to London Harley Street nursing has shaped not only who I am, but the business I built. 🤍

I began my career working across acute care, urgent care, and aged care in a rural hospital, where I learnt resilience, compassion, and the importance of truly caring for people through every stage of life.

When I moved to London, I expanded my experience into oncology and plastics — two specialties that deepened my understanding of confidence, healing, and the powerful connection between how we feel and how we see ourselves.

In 2021, inspired by every patient, every conversation, and every lesson along the way, I took the leap and started my own business focused on aesthetic medicine and skin. My goal has always been to create a space where people feel empowered, confident, and cared for — combining medical knowledge with natural, personalised results.

This International Nurses Day, I’m reflecting on how incredible this profession truly is. Nursing is so much more than a career — it’s compassion, strength, adaptability, and connection. I’m endlessly grateful for the experiences, mentors, colleagues, and patients who shaped my journey along the way. ✨
