Four women working across maternal health and wellbeing, coming together for one evening of honest conversation about matrescence, mental health, identity, physical wellbeing and the realities of motherhood.

Sharing the midwifery perspective on matrescence and the physical and emotional transition into motherhood.

Jo Ryan, Barefoot Psychology
On maternal mental health, identity, emotional wellbeing and the challenges women can experience as they navigate motherhood.

Charlotte, Calm State Kinesiology
On the emotional load of motherhood, overwhelm, feeling constantly “on” and finding practical ways to create more calm and space for yourself.

Gidget Foundation Australia
A perinatal mental health nurse joining us to share insight into perinatal mental health, recognising when extra support may be needed, and the services and resources available to mums and families.

There will be plenty of space for questions, conversation and connection, plus a goodie bag from all three brands to take home.
