Yoga4BetterU in 4th year. Initially, I taught yoga for the well-being of family and friends, but now it's all about my own mental health and avoiding buying new yoga pants🤪. From friends and colleagues to complete strangers, the contagiousness of yoga is stronger than the common cold. Regardless of the number of students, prioritizing physical health because, well, we're all aiming for those six-pack abs🫣I'm willing to teach yoga until I'm a hundred years old, even if I need a cane to strike those yoga poses! 😆🙏🎉"
