Hydrate well in the hours leading up to your appointment so you are prepped and primed to detox. Keep it light and avoid heavy meals within two hours. And wear something loose and comfortable, nothing tight or activewear that constricts your lymphatic flow.

Our lymphatic system has no pump — it needs a little help from us to get things moving.
This gentle technique is one of our favourite things to share with clients — just a few minutes in the shower or with your favourite body oil, and you’re doing something really significant for your body and wellness.
Start with 10 soft pumps just above your hip bones, then 10 between your ribs to wake up your lymph nodes first.
Then divide your belly into 4 quadrants and slowly drain each one toward those points — one gentle stroke per second. The lymphatic system sits just beneath the skin, so soft and slow is the way to go. 🤍
