It was great to work with Anna recently to get on top of her cramping and fade out during 70.3 events.

Some simple changes we made after finding out Anna's sweat numbers will be invaluable in getting her firing on all cylinders for her next event!

1. Temperature
2. Humidity
3. How Intensely you are exercising

πŸ˜… Other factors that also play a role in how you are sweating will be your genetics, heat acclimatisation, your level of fitness, your level of arousal (race day nerves!!), what you are wearing, how well you have slept and how hydrated you already are!

This is Keith, he smashed out his UTA 100km Trail even last weekend and manger to finish with a solid 4th place.

Keith came to me after years of gut and cramping issues during endurance events.

I worked with Keith on knowing what his losses were and then a simplified plan to replace these and keep him performing at his best whilst not overloading his gut!
