Spring is beautiful, but for many, it also brings the discomfort of hay fever. Thankfully, nature offers us some powerful allies to help us through. Here’s how we can support your breath with a special blend of essential oils:

🌿 Australian Eucalyptus(5 drops): Known for its ability to clear nasal congestion, it helps alleviate symptoms of sinusitis and strengthens the respiratory system.

🌼 German Chamomile(3 drops): With its natural antihistamine properties, it soothes sneezing, runny nose, and itching caused by allergies, providing gentle relief from allergic reactions.

🌱 Rosemary Cineol(2 drops): Its strong penetrating abilities work specifically to relieve congestive nasal blockages. It also It also boosts energy and improves focus, helping you stay more attentive during work.（🔺Note: Rosemary Cineol has an energizing effect and is not recommended for use before bedtime)

🔹 How to Use:
We’ve blended these essential oils with Olea europaea or sweet almond oil at a 5% concentration in a 10ml bottle for daily use. Every morning, add 6-8 drops to a cup of warm water. Cover the cup with your hands and inhale the soothing aroma for five minutes to open up your airways.

When you feel congested, simply rub 3 drops between your palms, and massage gently onto the sides of your nose for quick relief. 💧
