My hair was in such a bad way in 2024… I actually can’t believe that before photo was once my whole head of hair. We’ve come a long way!

Here’s everything that helped me grow and maintain my hair over the last few years. I’ve tried a multitude of products, but these became my holy grails 💆🏻‍♀️

The biggest thing I learnt? Consistency and patience matter more than anything. Hair growth takes time, and if you aren’t consistent, it’s hard to see progressive change over time.
