The making of Supermodel Gold 🌟

For my presentation at the L’Oréal Professionnel Paris🇦🇺 Pro Trend Melbourne launch of the new Dia Light with Hyaluronic Acid, I created a look inspired by the golden glamour of the ’90s supermodel era. This transformation was all about creating rich dimension, radiant warmth and mirror-like shine, without a hint of copper.

Here’s the formula behind the look:

Lightening
• Full head of highlights
• Alternating:
– Blond Studio 8 + 12.5 vol
– High Lift Tint Ash + 40 vol
– Dialight 8.3 + Yellow Booster + 9 vol (lowlights)

After a full processing time, the hair was French Glossed with the new Dia Light enriched with Hyaluronic Acid.

Zone 1
Root: Dia Light 7.3 + 9 vol
Ends: Dia Light 8.3 + 8.34 + Yellow Booster + 9 vol

Zone 2
Root: Dia Light 9.03 + 9 vol
Ends: Dia Light 9.03 + Clear + Yellow Booster + 9 vol

The result? Rich, glossy, golden dimension with healthy-looking shine and incredible softness.

A gorgeous transformation for our bella ✨

Moving from bright blonde to a luxurious blend of honey, gold and brunette tones, we used French Blending techniques to create softness, dimension and a more effortless grow-out.

By layering golden tones, we were able to create a colour that complements her skin tone beautifully while adding depth, shine and a more effortless grow-out. Formula below:

1st Application:
Lowlights with Dia Light 7 + 7.3 (15 vol)
Pre-gloss with Dia Light 9.3 + 8.3 + 8.34 (9 vol) 20mins

Final Application:
Isolate foils with Clear (9 vol) to maintain lightness
Dia Color root melt with 7 (6 vol)
Mid-lengths and ends glossed with 8.3 + 8.34 + Clear (9 vol) 20mins
