But lately, I’ve been choosing to listen more closely to what feels true instead of what’s expected.

This direction comes from my own life as much as it does from the women I sit beside every day.
From noticing where I’ve been strong, capable, and quietly carrying too much.
From recognising the moments I softened my voice or made myself smaller to keep things comfortable for everyone else.

I don’t want to live that way anymore.
And I know I’m not alone in that.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about standing more fully in who I already am.

Calmer.
Clearer.
More self governed.

This space is evolving.
And so am I.

If you’re here, you’re meant to be.

You might have noticed I have not been very present here.

My last post was back in August, and since then life has been full. Working solo in the Essendon salon, closing that chapter, moving, reshaping everything into my home studio, and navigating a body that needed more care all happened at once. Add family, work, and real life, and my attention was simply elsewhere.

Not absent. Just immersed.

Over this time, the way I work has naturally shifted. Fewer hours. One on one services. A calmer pace that allows me to be present in my work, my home, and my own wellbeing.

I am still here. Still creating. Just doing it in a way that feels considered and honest.

To my clients who have stayed, supported me, and continued to trust me through every change, thank you. And to those who are here quietly watching, checking in, or holding space as friends from afar, please know your presence has been felt and appreciated. Your support has allowed me to move forward in a way that feels true to myself. To those that I may meet in my chair in the future, Welcome. 💕
