To respect our team’s time and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made with enough notice.

Our policy:
• 48+ hours notice: Appointments can be changed via your confirmation link
• Within 24 hours: A 50% cancellation fee applies
• Same day cancellations, day of changes or no shows: 100% appointment fee applies

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be credited toward your treatment when your appointment is attended.
