Our final goodbye

Today is the final day of Beauty at 163. Tomorrow brings a whirlwind of mixed emotions, but it is the next chapter in both Jo and Jens life. So here are a few parting words from them both.

Yes! I’m finally doing it!!
It’s time to start a new chapter in my life. After 40 +Years in the Industry, I’m ready relax, spend time with the family, travel and who knows what else.
I have loved every moment of my time as a business owner. The highs, the lows, but more importantly looking after all my beautiful clients.
Thank you for being on the journey with me and for your love, support and loyalty.

Jo
20 years in the beauty industry, and 11 years running a business. What a wild ride it has been! Nobody prepares you for what life brings. The business rollercoaster, deaths, pandemics, breakups, holidays, adventures and everything in between. But the one consistent thing I had was the joy of treating my clients. My clients have been the soul of the business. We have had so many laughs, stories, deep and meaningful chats, and lifting each other up through conversation and connection. I want to thank you for making my business what it became. You helped my purpose and perseverance, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Now it is time to move forward, put the beauty tools down, and help a new type of client in social work.

We both want to express our appreciation and gratitude. Especially since the merger in 2024. We hope you all know how much you mean to us, and will be forever thankful for allowing us to live our our passion of beauty and care.

After much deliberation, Jen and Jo have decided it is the right time in both their life to put the beauty tools down. Beauty at 163 will close on the 30th of June 2026. We will be in touch with our clients with more details.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you who have supported us, with the merger, and individually. Jen has been in business for over 40 years, and Jo for 11 years. We have created incredible bonds and relationships with you all, and can not put into words how grateful we are to have created a beautiful community.
