Strawberry Rooibos Tea
Wash and roughly chop 200g of strawberries
Bring strawberries and 2 tbsp honey to the boil
Reduce to a jam-like consistency
Steep 1 cup of strawberry gum rooibos tea in water 75 degrees celcius
Scoop desired amount of strawberry sauce on bottom of cup and pour in strawberry gum rooibos tea to the top
Enjoy!
