It had been more than a year and a half that I wanted to learn how to do nails. I kept postponing it, and for me, one of the biggest challenges was mastering those thin, perfect cuticles without causing any hurt.
I’ve always had very fine cuticles myself, so I know how delicate they are and how much care they require.
When I finally began learning, that became my main focus.
In my mind, perfect nails start with perfectly done cuticles.

So I created a little plan for myself:
first, I would become perfect with cuticles; then, with polish application (gel or regular) and once everything looked impeccable, I would work on improving my timing.
And that’s exactly how I started.

I am deeply grateful to all my nail models, especially those who were patient with me even on the days I caused a tiny cut or a little sensitivity. Your kindness meant everything to me.
I practiced a lot, took a private class with the lovely Emily, practiced even more, and today I can finally say: I’ve reached exactly where I wanted to be.
Perfect cuticles (in any style) especially the thin and fragile ones.

My timing is still on the longer side, but I know that will improve too. One day at a time.
At over 41 years old, I decided to learn a new skill. I’ve been in the beauty industry for 16 years, and learning something completely new is always a challenge.
I’m so happy with the results I’m seeing, and I truly hope to offer my clients old, new and future excellence, care, and a space where their well-being always comes first.
