Currently we are having issues with our phone. We are working to resolve this. At this stage the phone is ringing but we are unable to hear the caller. We will not be able to answer the calls until the issue is resolved.

We are approaching the time of year where typically our appointment availability is limited. This year, however, we are currently fully booked until 2025. So, moving forward, if you currently have any appointment that needs to be rescheduled, we will be unable to reschedule before Christmas. You will be placed on a cancellation list and contacted if any time becomes available. If you do need to cancel, we ask you to give us 48 hours' notice if possible so we are then able to give the opportunity to those on the waitlist. We do not have a cancellation policy in place, so for that reason, please be considerate of this notice period we require.

Please also be mindful the demand is quite high for our services, but we will try our best to accommodate where possible if changes need to be made.
