I want to share a little story that reminded me how many good people there still are in this world. ❤️

One morning, I went to play squash. Before playing, I took off my two rings—my wedding ring and my engagement ring—and put them in the pocket of my jacket.

Afterwards, I went back to my shop at Gossip Caneland. I walked from the car into the shopping centre with my jacket over my shoulder, completely forgetting that my two precious rings were still inside the pocket.

Later, when I arrived at the gym, I suddenly remembered them.

I checked my pocket… both rings were gone.

My heart dropped. 💔

For nearly three hours, I retraced my steps, searching everywhere. I honestly thought I had lost them forever.

Finally, I went to Customer Service with just a little hope that maybe someone had found them and handed them in.

And then something wonderful happened. ❤️

A lovely cleaner at Caneland named Windy had found a ring while she was cleaning. Instead of keeping it, she immediately thought, “Someone must be looking for this,” and handed it to Customer Service.

I was incredibly grateful—not only because my precious ring was returned, but because her honesty reminded me of something important.

Sometimes we meet one person who disappoints us, and we allow that experience to stay in our minds for too long. But when I think about it, there are so many good people around us.

The bad ones are only a few grains of sand in a huge desert.

So why give them so much space in our hearts and minds?

I would rather remember people like Windy—the people who choose honesty and kindness even when nobody is watching.

Keep the good people and beautiful moments in your heart. Let the rest blow away like grains of sand. ❤️
