For a long time, I believed the better question was:
“How can I make more?”
Now I ask:
“How can I protect my peace while continuing to grow?”
Ironically, I’ve found the second question leads to better decisions, stronger leadership, healthier relationships with my clients & a business that feels sustainable, not just successful.
Growth is still the goal.
I just don’t believe it has to come at the expense of your nervous system anymore.

What’s one question that’s changed the way you run your business?
The best thing that ever happened to my business looked like the worst thing at the time.
Every time I think back over the last 14 years, one thing stands out...
I've never really had a straight path.
There have been times where I've had to start over completely. Times where I wasn't sure what was coming next. Times where the plan changed overnight. Times when I was forced to step back & refocus on other areas of life.
But somehow, every "here we go again" became the beginning of something even better.
Looking back now, I don't think those moments were setbacks.
They were redirections.
Each one taught me something. Each one shaped the way I work & the vision I have for Redemption.
If there's one thing I've learnt, it's that growth rarely looks the way you expect it to.
Sometimes the chapters you never planned end up becoming the ones that change everything.
If the last 14 years have taught me anything...
It's that the best chapters are often the ones you never see coming.
Looking back... I realise I wasn't just building a salon. I was building the foundation for a vision that's so much bigger than these four walls.

Looking back through these photos, it's hard to believe how much Redemption has evolved over the last 13 years.
Different salons. Different seasons of life. Countless lessons. Thousands of clients. So much growth.
Every move, every challenge, every late night & every leap of faith has shaped not only this business, but me.
I'm incredibly proud of everything Redemption has become, but if I'm honest... I've never seen the salon as the final destination.
It's always been part of a much bigger vision.
A vision that's taken years of learning, refining & quietly building behind the scenes.
I can't share it all just yet... but I promise you, there's a reason every chapter has unfolded the way it has.
Trust me... you haven't seen the best of Redemption yet.
